Reservations

  • The majority of our reservations are made months or more in advance. We recommend making a reservation as early as you make your housing accommodations. Due to high demand, we sell out March through October and availability of larger carts tends to fill up quickly.

  • Reservations require a minimum of a two day rental. Full payment is taken at the time of the reservation.

  • To inquire about reservation availability please complete the form on the “contact us” page or call (912) 226-9676. If unable to reach us by phone then please leave a voicemail and we will contact you within 24 hours.

  • We will reach out to confirm availability and gather your payment information. Reservations are not complete until you have made payment arrangements with us.

  • A few days prior to your arrival expect to receive a text from us asking for personal information that allows us to prepare your contract and paperwork ahead of time.

  • Please be aware that carts must be picked up during our posted business hours. We must see you in person to complete the contract and release the cart. Please plan accordingly and secure rental dates that will ensure you can arrive during our business hours — we do not offer a refund/credit if you arrive after hours on your scheduled pickup day since we have been holding the cart for you.

  • When you pickup your cart we will review the rules and go over a detailed map of Tybee. We will make many notes and send the map with you to help in navigating the island on the two lane roads. Please feel free to ask any questions and/or recommendations. We love to share information about our island!

  • All carts must be returned on the final day by the same time they are received on the first day (ex. 3:00pm). Carts can be returned outside of business hours by pulling into our front lot at 801 1st Street and placing the key into the white drop box located next to our front door. We do not provide refunds or credits if carts are returned earlier than the date and time specified on the contract.
